McShane Construction Completes 211-Unit Apartment Complex for Developer, Continental Prosperities, Inc.

Scott J. Hoppa, Senior Vice President of McShane Construction Company’s Southeast Region, is pleased to announce the recent completion of Springs at Legacy Commons, the firm's eighth assignment on behalf of Continental Properties Company, Inc.

The new 211-unit multi-family apartment complex is located on an 11-acre site at 2821 Legacy Commons Plaza in Omaha, Nebraska.

Springs at Legacy Commons is comprised of seven separate two- and three-story buildings that have been designed with attractive brick and fiber cement exteriors. The well-appointed complex offers tenants a selection of units ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom floor plans, with many residences featuring outdoor porches or balconies. The interior of each apartment incorporates hardwood floors, contemporary appliances and modern finishes and fixtures.

Springs at Legacy Commons also features tenant amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, grilling areas and a clubhouse. Amenities available within the clubhouse include a business center, laundry room, exercise room and multi-purpose rooms. McShane Construction also completed the development’s infrastructure and landscaping as well as the construction of three NEMA (National Emergency Management Association) storm shelters. Four strategically situated detached garages provide tenant’s with the option of renting indoor parking at the complex while generous surface parking is conveniently available for 464 vehicles.
