McShane Construction completed the design and construction of a 98,414 square foot freezer/cooler tenant suite for Coastal Foods Inc. The fully-customized space was constructed within Bolingbrook Point Three, a 185,000 square foot cross-dock bulk distribution facility within the Bolingbrook Point Corporate Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

The tenant suite offers 9,966 square feet of cooler space at 30° F, 11,520 square feet of cooler dock staging at 50° F, and 28,800 square feet of freezer space at 0° F. Additional features include 7-1/2” reinforced concrete floor in the freezer area, an ESFR sprinkler system, 48’ x 50’ bays and 26 exterior truck docks. The space also offers a 30’ clear ceiling height in the warehouse and 28’ clear height in the cooler and freezer areas.
