Eden Supportive Living
McShane Construction Company was selected to provide the comprehensive renovation and new construction services for developer, Eden Supportive Living, for its new 150-unit residential facility located at 222 North State Street in Champaign, Illinois.
The assignment encompassed the extensive renovation of the pre-existing five-story facility and the new construction of a 40,000-square-foot, eight-story residential tower. McShane also constructed a modern two-story glass atrium, a waterfall feature and a reflection pond.
The building offers studio and one-bedroom units for residents ranging in age from 22 to 64 years old who require supportive care. The residence provides housing, nursing support, wellness programs, daily meals and 24-hour emergency support.
