The three-building speculative development totaling 88,338 square feet is under construction on a 4.74-acre site at 1037 West 9th Street in Upland, California, within a popular light industrial business district easily accessible to the I-10 and 210 highways. The firm began with the demolition of existing structures on the site in early August 2016 making way for the new construction of the contemporary development scheduled for delivery in March 2017.
